Information based on orders placed by 10am ET Monday through Friday

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 4-10 business days via USPS.

** Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

*** International delivery is not available at this time

Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival. Sales shipped to customers are FOB shipping point.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

To locate your order, please click on the tracking # provided to you by email. If you cannot find it, please contact our customer service department. 

**All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, so please use UPS or USPS to track your order as other carriers can not assist. 

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED AND PAID?

Yes if done so within 24 hours of your purchase! So act fast!!!  

*After 24 hours your order will be automatically sent to our fulfilled department for picking/packing and can no longer be edited or canceled until after the customer receives it. You may return or exchange the item once received. Please refer to our RETURN/ECHANGE POLICY for more information.

I NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER ON AN EMAIL. WHY?

During the checkout process, you are given the option to release your email to us due to privacy, however if you do not allow this, we are not given an email for your tracking information.

Please be sure to agree allow us to use your email so we can provide you updates during the shipping process.

MY ORDER SAYS IT ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. WHY?

This is an issue that every company deals with. Often your tracking # will show delivered but you do not see it. The only information we have to go off of is the tracking number. There is nothing we can do to help locate the order that was delivered, besides encourage you to look more. Every once in a while, customers will locate their "lost" order at their neighbors, so be sure to ask the neighbors. 

The package is only able to be scanned as "delivered" if it was actually delivered per the carrier.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE/ITEM IN MY ORDER.

FIRST OFF, WE ARE SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE!! We understand how annoying this can be! However, our team is here for you to help take care of these accidents. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:.

STEPS TO FIX ERRORS:

1.) CHECK ORDER FORM AND CONFIRM THE ITEM IS INCORRECT (orders are fulfilled per what shows on the order form, not what you meant to select)

2.) If the order form is correct and the item is wrong, just email us and we will correct the error either through replacement, exchange or refund if the item is no longer available.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME ON ORDERS?

Our Fulfillment Center receives all orders in order they were placed.

Most orders are packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days of being placed. Once your order is packaged and scanned in with the postage carrier, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. Please use this to track your order. If you never received an email, it is because you opted out of our email list so we are not allowed to use your email to use to issue you a tracking email.

*Once the package is scanned in by the postage carrier. standard shipping can take between 3-7 days average. But as with any government agency, could be less, could be more. 

Like all fulfillment centers, our shipping timing is based off our business hours and postage carrier delivery hours: Tues-Friday.

 

OTHER COMMON SHIPPING QUESTIONS

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT AND IT WENT THERE?!

We are not liable. Once your order is shipped to the address you put on your order and were asked to double check before placing the order, and our shipping validation program asked you to verify as such, we can only do what we're told. We use the address exactly how it is provided to us per the customer during the checkout process.

DO YOU ALLOW MILITARY BASE SHIPPING? APO? AFO?

Yes! For many years we have become accustomed to shipping hundreds of orders on a regular to our Military locations all over the Map.
