  • Standard: 4-10 Business Days - $7.95
  • Express: 2-3 Business Days - $17.95
  • Next Day: 1 Business Day - $25.00
  • International: Not available at this time

Details

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday, will be processed the next business day. Any changes to your order must be made prior to processing.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We operate on EST.
  • Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO.
  • Express and Next Day delivery are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain areas.

Need it in a Hurry?

  • Express delivery is twice as fast but does not expedite production time. If you need the item produced faster, a rush fee will be charged. Contact us at support@libertybox.com for more information.

Order Tracking

  • For online orders, use the link in your confirmation email. If you cant find your email, contact our Customer Service Team at support@libertybox.com

Sales Tax

  • Taxes are based on the order's "Ship To" address.

Where is My Order?

  • Click the tracking number in your email.
  • Contact Customer Service if you can't find it. support@libertybox.com
  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?

  • Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipping and can only be returned or exchanged after delivery. Refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for more details.

Missing Tracking Number

  • If you didn't receive a tracking number, it may be due to privacy settings chosen during checkout. Contact Customer Service for assistance.

Package Not Found

  • If tracking shows delivery but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and around your property. We do not have any more information than you do! We just show it was delivered. If you still have issues, we can make a claim with the carrier. We do not know where on your property they left your package either!

Incorrect Item Received

  • Apologies for any errors. If you check your order form and find we are, in fact, human, please contact us at support@libertybox.com and our human team will get the correct item to you. If your product is no longer available we can issue you a credit or refund.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days after packaging.

Incorrect Address

  • We ship to the address provided during checkout. Verify your address before completing your order.

Military Base Shipping

  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses regularly.
